House Renovations

The house in this example had extensive renovation work carried out, including the following:
  • Correction of minor settlement which was causing an interior wall to crack.
  • The roof was replaced and the loft was converted into additional living space
  • The windows were replaced through out the house
  • A porch was added to the front
  • The large tree to the front of the property was removed
  • Access drive put in place, part tarmac, part block paving and part gravel
  • Pin kerbs lowered at the road entrance
  • Underfloor heating was installed through-out the whole of the ground floor
  • A two storey extension was added to the side of the house
  • All the brick work was re-pointed
  • A patio area created to the rear
