Below is an example of a job where drop-kerbs were added to allow access across a pavement and on to a new driveway. We are council registered and approved to provide this service.

| The pathway is dug out and replaced with hardcore to council specification, and is suitable for vehicle crossing. |

This driveway consists of several gravel
and cobble sections and a traditional style cobble courtyard.
This was an extension to an existing drive to allow additional parking space. The pictures show the various stages involved.

| The hardcode base is laid to a minimum depth of 150mm and the wacker used to compact, with a suitable number of passes. |
|
Sharp sand is laid (50mm) and again compressed using the wacker. |

| The blocks are then laid. |
|
Kiln dried sand is brushed over the tops of the blocks, and the wacker is once again used with a suitable number of passes to vibrate the sand between the bricks. |

The concreate footpath and soil area from the driveway to the rear of the house was also replaced with Indian flagged paving. |
